Program Description

Research is constantly showing better, more effective, and safer ways to help swimmers complete at the highest levels. ISCA is leading the way for coaches to use this research to become better coaches. The ISCA education program not only builds on each coach’s current level of education and experience, but also complements programs offered by USA Swimming, ASCA, FINA, and other national coaches organizations.

Our education program is designed for career development, giving coaches essential tools and knowledge to be more effective. All ISCA education courses are authored by professionals in their respective fields with a specific focus on coaching swimming and the science behind better coaching.
